Virtuemart Menus using Custom Joomla Modules 

We are happy to bring you a simple configurable menu system for Virtuemart.  It is based on two modules:

• Sub Category Menu
• All Categories Menu

Description 

*The sub category menu will only dispay when a main category has child menus.

*The sub category menu has the ability to show the sub category title.

*The all categories menu will display continuously so you an swith categories at any time.

Requires

*This menu system requires that the virtuemart component be installed first.

*Each Joomla Module must be installed separately. 

Installation

1. Purchase each module for free from our online store.  You will then be able to download them.

2. Use the standard Joomla module install page to select each module and upload/install it.
   
   
3. On the modules page edit the "Product Sub Categories Module".
   
   
• It is recommended that you not display the title for the categories module.  We display it inside the module so that the module can be completely hidden until a category that contains sub categories is selected.
• It is recommeded that you move the sub categoies module above the main categories module in display order.
• Decide if you want the sub category title to display.  Then save your settings.
