FREE Virtuemart Shipping Mod/Hack

Last night I modified the Standard Shipping Method as a quick fix for someone.  So I thought I would provide it here for your benefit! 

Adds an amount for every unit a cart is over your maximum weight rate.

The customer needed a shipping method for when someone's cart was more than his maximum standard rate.  The desire was to make shipping available but charge x-currency for however many units the item was over.  This was a pretty easy method to create.
